In collaboration with Mrs. Johnson’s PreK class at Clarence A. Piggot Academy of International Studies, we led a mindfulness workshop for 15 families. Our lesson included deep breathing, light movement, play and family engagement.

We ignited day 1 of the Mentor Georgia’s annual summit with a transformational session on mirror work, mindfulness and positive self-talk. We gave tools to professionals, community leaders, business owners and mentors that help shift inner dialogue along with a mirror work practice to use with mentees who want clarity and confidence.
